In Turkey, as a part of our culture, we have lots of traditions ! Here are some that I can recall:
-we keep the navel cord of the newborn and bury it in the garden of the university that we want her/him to go to
-circumcision
-fortune telling after drinking turkish coffee
-playing tombola on new year
-kissing old people's hands
-to ask a family to give (someone) their daughter as a bride
-make someone eat even though they're not hungry
-a special night where you put henna inside your hands and make the girl who is becoming a bride cry
-hospitality
-giving the kids pocket money
-on may 6th, for the hidrellez fest(coming of summer), you tie coins to a rosebush and make a wish then throw the coin to the sea the day after
-knocking on a wood(table, door etc) while talking about a bad thing (an accident, a murder) then squizing your earlobe while making the kissing sound :)
-tying a knot (in a shoelace etc) when you lose sth and saying "I've tied the devil's urinery and he will make my stuff appear then I'll let him go"
-carrying an evil eye (necklace, bracelet) that will protect you from the evil eyes.

that's all that came to my mind :)
