Actually I like being "special" and different from other people. For example no one were playing drums in my family, so I started to play drums 2 years ago. I don't really want somebody from my family, even from my friends, to play drums. I'm afraid of that they might improve themselves so much and make me keep in the background. This is only one example of individualism in my life. I usualy try to be indivisual. :D

that is awesome...that is funny (and so true) that you don't want anyone else in your family to play the drums! that is a perfect example of individuality. We often define ourselves by our family and that is why siblings who are born next to each other are often so different -- because they want to show how they are different.

i agree, individualism symbolizes how you differ from others as a person with something that makes you special like an aptitude. For example, I play piano for 9 years and I always try to improve myself so that I can be the best, apart from the others.

For me individualism is basicly being myself. Being apart and different from others. Like when people think about me I want the first think they think about is my different ways from them which impreses them,also..=)
