“Drink our health” = to offer our good wishes to someone while drinking alcohol. I also can say” drink a toast “which idiom same as with other one…

Note: “drink a toast “= At one time a piece of spiced toast would be put in a glass of wine in order to improve the flavor or to collect the sediment. From this the word 'toast' came to be identified with the drink. Equally, the mention of a lady's name to accompany the gesture was supposed to flavour a bumper as spiced toast did a drink. Known by 1700.

It means that to wish somebody/something good luck by holding your glass up in the air before you drink. for example: we all drank to the future of the bride and groom.

it is usually used when we toast; we lift our hands up holding the glasses, i didn't know that there should have been alchool in it though, then we say "drink our health" which means we wish health and happiness for the future.
